Our gym workouts, which are customized just for you, can be done at our location in Pittsburgh, PA with personal attention from our fitness coaches in our sports performance facility, OR if you are not in the local area, we offer online customized programing.
How do we help pageant girls get that bikini body that win the judges over? With fitness programs that work AND nutrition coaching. Exercise and nutrition go hand-in-hand. I hear many people say “diet is 80% and exercise is 20% of losing weight.” That is not accurate at all. They BOTH are equally important, and you can use both exercise and nutrition to lose fat and/or gain muscle.
Exercise without nutrition is an up hill battle, and you’ll already be out of breath with the workout, so why make it harder?
Knowing what and how to eat for life is crucial to losing fat and gaining muscle, and maintaining when you’ve reached your goal.
With that said, we also offer nutrition coaching along with the customized gym workouts! I assess each person individually, coach you through new eating habits, track your progress and reassess every two weeks to see where we need tweaking (if any).
If you have dietary restrictions or known health problems, we have a nutritionist who can step in OR we can work with your doctor or your nutritionist to keep your journey healthy and lean.
My husband and I have been working with pageant girls since I competed in 1998 (I was his first and MOST IMPORTANT pageant girl) . Jeremy is a Performance/Strength Coach with a facility in Pittsburgh, PA called Finish First Sports Performance. I am a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Between the two of us, and of course, 100% effort from our pageant girls, we have a winning formula for customized gym workouts to get you bikini-body-ready for your competition.
We have a non customized 12-week fitness plan rolling out very soon for those who want guidance and results without the cost of customizing. Complete with videos! It will be simple to follow, and will give you an intense workout. These gym workouts are so incredibly effective, it will keep you burining calories all day.
Don’t like to go to the gym? No problem! With very little equipment you can get a great gym workout in space in your home or anywhere. We can offer suggestions to add resistance within the program, because as you become stronger you will need to step it up in resistance to continue toward the results you are looking for.
